| The
Stansbury Park Improvement District, your water and sewer company,
has the responsibility of establishing and maintaining culinary
water and sanitary sewer facilities for the Park. These facilities
include three deep water wells, a reservoir, mainline piping
systems for water and sewer, and the sewer lagoons. Funds to
run the District come mainly from your water and sewer usage fees
plus a small amount from property taxes. Impact fees are
assessed to new construction. Impact fees can only be used
for new facilities that will be required as our area grows.
The District's Board of Trustees is made up of three elected officials that are residents of the Park. The monthly Board meeting is held generally on the third Monday at 4:00 p.m. at the District Office located at 10 Plaza (just West of the Millpond Condo's). Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Telephone 882-7922. Messages left after hours are monitored regularly for any type emergency that may be reported.
