Improvement District Billing Procedures
A $10.00 late fee plus 1 1/2% (18% per annum) interest will be charged to accounts that have not been paid by close of business on the due date.
A shut off notice will be mailed the first business day following the due date to the delinquent accounts giving notice of shut off in thirty(30) days. A shut off list will be generated for those accounts not paid at the close of business on the two week notice date as stated in the shut off warning notice and a $25.00 disconnection/reconnection fee will be assessed. The $25.00 fee plus the delinquent amount including interest and late fee must be paid in full before continuation of service
The rates inside the District are as follows:
Water: $20.00 min/quarter for the first 25,000 gallons, then $0.60/1000 gal. for the next 25,000 to 50,000 gals; then $0.75/1000 gal in excess of 50,000 gals.
Sewer: $45.00 per quarter
