| The
Clubhouse at Stansbury Park is administered under the direction of
the Board of Directors of the Stansbury Service Agency of Tooele
County (the "Service Agency"). The Clubhouse is
provided for the use of the residents of the community and the
public at large, at the discretion of the Board of Directors, and
is available for weddings, receptions, family gatherings, banquets
and meetings.
